Model 809B – Surface Resistance Verification Fixture for 803B Probe

Overview:

The Model 809B Surface Resistance Check Fixture is a two-sided check fixture designed in accordance with the requirements of ESD STM11.11. The fixture is used to verify the accuracy of the ETS Model 803B Probe prior to taking measurements on a sample material. The 500k ohm side is used to check the contact area and accuracy of the probe. The 1T ohm side is used to check system accuracy and to deterimine upper end electrification time.
