Model 842 Resistance Probe: 22 Pins; 1.25″ Measurement

Overview:

The Model 842 Probe utilizes twenty-two spring-loaded pin-style gold plated electrodes to measure the resistance or resistivity of nearly any surface including measuring samples as small as 1.25″ (32mm) diamter, non-flat samples or small areas on large samples.

Features:

The Model 842 Probe utilizes twenty-two spring-loaded pin-style gold plated electrodes to measure the resistance or resistivity of nearly any surface including small, non-flat samples or small areas on large samples.

  • The probe is comprised of five center electrodes surrounded by seventeen electrodes in the outer ring.
  • Recommended Minimum Measurement size of 1.25” (32mm) diameter surface and a 0.438” (11mm) deep cavity.
  • The gold plated electrodes are socket mounted for easy replacement.
  • Each electrode requires 5 oz. (688 gr.) for total compression.

The Model 842 is designed to be used with the ETS Model 848 Universal Handle Assembly.
